🍂 Autumn Adventures with Class 6B & Class 7 🍁
Today, Class 6B and Class 7 stepped out of the classroom and into our local community. This outing supported the learning of our topic 'Our Community', bringing the topic to life.
Our journey began with a visit to The Tinnies, where we admired the unique sculptures.
Fun Fact: One of our pupil's grandads (Maurice Harron) is the sculptor who made the Tinnies!
From there, we enjoyed a scenic walk across the modern footbridge, taking in the views and the crisp autumn air.
The highlight of the day was our time at the local park. Pupils played together, collected colourful autumn leaves, and soaked up the golden sunshine. It was a perfect opportunity to enjoy some fresh air, and appreciate the beauty of the season.
The pupils were fantastic ambassadors for our school, and we’re already looking forward to our next adventure!
