We are so lucky at Knockavoe to have a trained practitioner of Reflexology in school — our very own Gráinne 🌿.
Gráinne has been a much-loved classroom assistant for many years and has now also embarked on this therapeutic journey, bringing her skills and compassion to our pupils. She has wonderful relationships with the children, and they are always eager to spend time with her. 💛
Reflexology massage is a gentle, supportive therapy for children, especially when delivered in a calm, child-friendly way. At Knockavoe, we use it as part of our wellbeing and regulation routines, helping pupils to feel relaxed, calm, and ready to learn. 🌟
