There will be a meeting in Knockavoe School on Wed 5th November at 10am for parents/guardians of all pupils age 14+years.
The purpose of this meeting is to meet with EA and EHSCT Transition Officers and gain some insight into their roles and support for pupils upon leaving school at 19 years of age.
The transition reviews will take place in February as planned - dates to be decided.
